She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Vannoy and Winifred Vannoy; and her siblings, Iris Ruth Mitchel, Joe and Ed Vannoy.

She is survived by: her husband Davis Gaddis; and her children, Davis Gaddis Jr. (Kim), Robin Gaddis (BJ) and Kelly Sorrell (Bill). She is also survived by twenty grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and many, many friends.

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made to North Knoxville Baptist Church 217 W. Oldham Avenue, Knoxville, Tennessee 37917.
