Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Peggy Jean McCoury of Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 81, on June 27, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Slover and Anna Slover; and her siblings, Bill, John, Luke Slover, Evelyn Palmer, Juanita Pember, Helen Slover and Betty Drummer.

She is survived by: her husband James McCoury; her brother James Slover; her children, Michael Slover (Crista) and Kathy Hensley (John); and her grandchildren, Laura Hensley, John Hensley V (Abigail) and Zac Slover. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
