He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Huff and Robbie Major Huff of Mascot; and his brothers, William David Huff and Herbert J. Huff. He is survived by: his wife Arillia Donahue Huff of Knoxville; his daughters, Pamelia Diane Huff of Knoxville, Terrie Elaine Huff Warren (Mark) of Chattanooga and Angelia Sue Huff of Powell; his brothers, Charles Allen Huff of Ardmore, TN and Jerry; his siblings-in-law, Ann Hogg and Raymond Donahue of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Robert "Bo" Markum Warren of Chattanooga, Susannah Diane Warren Shaver (Seth) of Chattanooga and Mark Henry "Hank" Warren (Isabel Perry) of Knoxville; and his great grandchildren, Mason Edward Warren, Eliana Mari Warren and Hopper Elaine Shaver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
