He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lockett and Eilene Lockett; and his siblings, Velmon Lockett, Donald Lockett and Diane Lockett.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lockett; his daughters, Lisa Serpas (Wayne) and Tracy Finch (Jimmy); his grandsons, Wayne III, Xavier and Easton; his sisters, Linda Brannen and Patricia Longmire (Dickie); his siblings-in-law, Mike Green (Julia), Don Green (Faye) and Sharon Rogers (Ted); and his friends, Denny, Gina Osborne, Mike, Pam Hodges and Jolene Clark. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
