He is survived by: his children, Rowan, Kierra and Aidan Hamilton; his brother Eric Hamilton; his parents, Joyce Hamilton and Rodney Hamilton; and his former wife Stephanie Lepsig.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to East Minster Presbyterian Church, as they provided Russ with a great deal of support in the last few years.
