She was predeceased by: her husband Sam "Jones" Miller; her parents, Seth Hood and Mary Ott Hood; her siblings, Brownlow, Joseph, William (Bill), Caswell, Seth Hood (S. R.), Edna Wilhoite, Augusta Jett, Jane Thomas, Irene Miller and Marcella Mikels; and her sons-in-law, John Wilson (Tom), Dale Laws and Larry Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Chapman, Sandra Laws, Reneau Webb, Trena Cable and Sam Miller, Jr.; her children-in-law, Debbie Miller, Alan Webb and Greg Cable; and her close friend Gina Atchley. She is also survived by grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren.
