She was predeceased by: her parents, William Thomas Tindell, Sr. and Maude Braswell Tindell; and her sisters, Mary Elizabeth Tunnell and Margaret. She is survived by: her husband Joe Black; her children, Jan Deaderick (Rick), Dr. Steven Black (Wendy) of Gainesville, GA and David Black of New York, NY; her daughter-in-law Dr. Monica Black; her grandchildren, Richard, Stuart, Laurel, Joseph, Grace, William, Megan, Emily and Ava; her great grandchildren, Robin, Henry, Lucy, Jameson, John David and Saoirse; her sisters-in-law, Deborah Black and Betty Dyke; and her brothers, William Tindell, Jr., John Tindell and Robert Tindell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family, and special life-long friends.
