She was predeceased by: her brother Gerry. She is survived by: her husband Ronald; her sons, Nathan and David (Jenna); and her grandchildren, Jakob, Raylan, Nora and Lucy.

She passed peacefully at home early in the morning from complications with Parkinson's disease.
