She was predeceased by: her father Danny Lee Penland. She is survived by: her husband James Eiken Mundal; her daughters, Taylor Danielle and Tatum Riley; her mother Elizabeth Penland; her sister Tracy Bromley; and her sibling's children, Sophia and Ryan.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the North Acres Baptist Church (5803 Millertown Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924).
In her honor, the family invites donations to be made to Angelic Ministries in Knoxville, continuing her legacy of service.
