He is survived by: his sons, Tommy Weaver Jr., Timothy and Todd Weaver; his siblings, Rhonda Atkins, Melissa Relford (Philip), David, Timmy (Brenda), Martin and Kevin Weaver; and his aunts, Shirley Watson and Jerry Nichols. He is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
