He was predeceased by: his parents, Hundley Noe and Myrtle Noe; his brothers, Hubert, Everett, Winfred, Melvin and Fred Noe; and his daughter-in-law Linda Cunningham.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna; his son-in-law Curtis Roberts; his son Gary Noe; his sister Betty Knight; his grandchildren, Michael Roberts (Nickie), Allison Noe-Webber (Alex) and Adam Noe; his great grandchild Everest Webber; and his granddaughter Karen Noe.
