Vivian Duggan Carter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2022, at the age of 88, Vivian Duggan Carter of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bobby Earl Carter; her parents, Zachary T. Duggan, Jr. and Geneva Cannon Duggan; and her aunt Gladys Cannon Henry. She is survived by: her children, Janelle Howard (John) of Xenia, OH and David Duggan Carter of Nashville, TN; her granddaughter Laura Conley (Mike); her great grandchildren, Brayden and Madison Conley; and her sister-in-law Glenda Blake (Frank) of Kodak, TN. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
