He was predeceased by: his parents, Eula Mae Jenkins and Walter James "Walt" Stroud; and his siblings, Betty Housewright and Jarvis Stroud. He is survived by: his wife Teresa; his children, Brandon Stroud (Sara), Tiffany Helton (Elijah) and Taylor Stroud; his grandchildren, Parker, Paisley, Madison, Ayden and Wyatt; and his sibling's children, Karen, Hubbs, Gale Shown (Bob), Lisa Tarver (Jeff), Jeff Turner (Denise) and Tim Housewright.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Halls Chapel (4131 E Emory Rd, Knoxville, TN 37938). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lynnhurst Cemetery (2300 Adair Dr, Knoxville, TN 37918).
