She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Elizabeth Johnston Bacon and Reverend W. B. Bacon; her siblings, Dorothy Bacon Lusby, Fred and William Bacon (Bill); and her former husband Lewis Clayton Pitts.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Woods (Ron) and Susan Mays (Gary); her granddaughters, Emily Spiller (John), Katherine Woods, Marilyn Owens (Tanner) and Megan Mays; her great grandchildren, Evan, David Spiller and Ava Ruth Owens; and her niece Jeanne Armstrong (Lusby). She is also survived by her daughters, sons-in-law and four beautiful granddaughters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
