He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Rosenbalm (Fraker) and Zorrow Rosenbalm; his brother Vaughn Rosenbalm; and his sibling's children, Mark Carr and Carolyn Carr.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Katherine Rosenbalm (Smith) of Chatsworth; his daughter Karla Anne Rosenbalm Jones (Mark Andrew Jones); his grandchildren, Harrison Armston Jones and Reagan McKinley Jones; and his brother Wendell Rosenbalm of Clinton, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
