He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Eddie and Mary Emma Cade; his parents, William Bailey and Annie Mae Bailey; and his father-in-law William Tillery, Jr..

He is survived by : his wife Juanita Bailey; his mother-in-law Myrtle Louise Tillery; his daughter Kristie Blevins (Fred); his stepchildren, Mark Latham, Norcross, Kantisha Morris (Keith) and Murfreesboro; his siblings, Alvin Bailey (LeRoyce), Verne Bailey, Chattanooga, Yolanda Bailey, Sandra Waterson (Jerry), Knoxville and Shirley Bailey; and his grandchildren, Randall Tillery, Keith Morris, Jr., Frenando Blevins, Cassidy Morris, Kristen Blevins and Jairus Blevins. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and friends.
