She is survived by: her children, Carl Scruggs-Westmoreland, Ernest Scruggs (Kelly), Lori Humes, Lisa Wayman-Lafayette and Sharon Stacey (John Blakley); her grandchildren, Tamera Marshall, Rachael Carter, David Carter, Leslie Scruggs, April McCarter and Christina Stacey; and her siblings, Roger Brawner-Westmoreland (Dollie), Jospehine Brawner, Charlene Brawner-Lafayette and Shirley Williams. She is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchildren.
