She is survived by : her sister Kathy Fisher; her father Harold Bullington; her children, Clint Dean (Kim Meadows) and Nicki Dean (Robert Suteu); her caregiver Lisa Bullington (Scott Gregory Dorris); her brother Tony Williams; her grandchildren, Haley Dean, Colton Dean, Dorian Dean, Joshua Dean, Kylie Burke and Sky Dean; her stepchildren, Pam Butler, Mike Dean and Bob Dean; her caregivers, Ashley Arnold, Darlene Shockley, Shelby West and Gina Bohanan; and also, Roy and Tina Smith A.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home (209 E Locust St, Lafayette, TN 37083). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Eulia Cemetery.
