She was predeceased by: her husband LaFeld Goins; her parents, George Gaylor and Nannie Bolton Gaylor; and her siblings, John, LeRoy, Doyle Gaylor, Pauline Trusty and Lucinda Justice.
She is survived by: her daughter Regina Goins (Marvin); her granddaughters, Courtney and Whitney Goins; her daughter Kathy Henry; her sisters, Helen Jean Cox and Georgia Lee Owens; and her close friend Joan Heatherly Pittman. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
