We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2021, at the age of 91, Arlis Chapman of Lafollette, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Chapman and Ollie Chapman (Floyd); his wife Helen Marie Chapman; his daughter Gail Pistello; his grandson Sammy Richardson; and his siblings, Ray, Lottus, Harold Chapman, Ruby Chapman and Estis Lawson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shelia Strunk (Michael) of Huntsville, Karen Miller (David) of LaFollette and Melinda Richardson (Sam) of Jacksboro; and his grandson Holden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives and friends.
