Azlee Goins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Azlee Goins of Lafollette, Tennessee, who passed away on November 24, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Shirley Jean Goins; her parents, Elisha Williams and Rhoda Smith Williams; and her siblings, Elizabeth Barnes, Troy, Clarence, Verlin, Frank and Paul Robert Williams.
She is survived by: her husband Walter D. Goins; her children, Rhonda Longmire (Jesse), Dr. Rita Goins (Patrick Smith), Allen Goins (Chris), Jan Jones (Mark), David Goins (Mary Michelle) and Terri Alley (Jason); her grandchildren, Brandon Longmire, Brooke Dorton, Eric Goins, April Rhyne, Shakira Goins, Hunter Bo Goins and Bayli Alley; her great grandchildren, Eli, Ethan and William Dorton; and her siblings, Patsy Graves and Elisha Williams, Jr.. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family requests those in attendance, please wear a face covering and exercise social distancing.
