It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brown Jc of Lafollette, Tennessee, who passed away on November 14, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Brown Jc to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Brown and Cleo Brown (Smith); his wife Georgia Ann Brown; his son Jerry Lee Brown; and his siblings, Ulyess Veldon "Bo" Brown, Billy Ray Brown, Agnes Irene Lindsay, Eula Lee Falls and Georgia Mae Williams.

He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy (Mike Ayers) of LaFollette and Vickie (Roger Hammac) of LaFollette; his brother Ernest Elmer Brown (Margret Ann) of Knoxville; his grandchildren, Amanda, James Van De Griff, Jennifer, John Ritchie, Matthew, Jessica Brown, Sara, Ryan Fletcher, Russ, Katy Hammac, Jill and Derek McHaffie; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Wade, Kate Van De Griff, Wyatt, Hattie, Caroline Ritchie, Charlie, Oliver, Lucy Fletcher of Georgia, Braden Brown, Ryann, Bo and Mary Ellis McHaffie. He is also survived by loving husband of 70 years, a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather.

Due to the surge of the COVID-19 virus, the immediate family will have a private graveside service at Bakers Forge Cemetery with Rev. Sampson Ridenour and Rev. Jeff Evans officiating. The family request that everyone attending the graveside service to please wear a mask to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
