He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee and Alma Douglas (Davis); and his siblings, J. C. Douglas of Washington State, Hurbert Douglas of Ohio, Minnie Lou Baird of Ohio, Evelyn Agnew of Washington State and Mary Lee Loy of Ohio.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Douglas (Baird) of Stinking Creek; his son Michael Douglas (Michelle) of Stinking Creek; his siblings, Roy Douglas (Lois) of Stinking Creek and Glenna Faye Taylor of Stinking Creek; and his grandchildren, Mycah Baker (Zack), Marrissa Douglas and Magomery Douglas. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
