He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Castleberry Fugate; his children, Rebecca Fugate of Black Mountain, NC and Marty Fugate (Missy) of Lenoir City, TN; his granddaughter Mandi Fugate of Lenoir City, TN.; his brothers, Robert "Bob" Fugate (Margie) of Edmond, OK and Clyde Fugate (Amye) of Jackson, TN.; his sisters-in-law, Judy Dossett (Jeff) of Austin, TX and Lorenda Castleberry of Jacksboro; and his friend Remsen Behrer, Jr of Black Mountain, NC..
