He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Reynolds Price. He is survived by: his daughters, Oliva Sue-Ann Kidd and Sarah-Beth Kidd; his father Clarence "Ed" Lay, Sr.; his wife Louise; and his sisters, Tammy Terry, Tina Perkins and Stacy Rainwater.
