He is survived by: his wife Lana Letner Bishop; his son David Tyler Bishop of LaFollette; his sisters, Brenda Russell, Leroy of LaFollette, Carolyn Estes, Jep of Georgia, Irene Hellard, Kenny of Ohio, Betty Green, Mack of Ohio, Patsy Hellard of Ohio and Elizabeth Mowell of Ohio; and his close friends, Carl Blankenship, Lee Woodson, Tracy Arnold, Paul Broyles, Bobby Muse and Robbie Brady. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
