He is survived by: his children, Reagan, Autumn and David Combs; his mother Sharon Partin (Willard) of Frakes, Kentucky; his siblings, James Combs of Georgia, Amanda Anderson (Chris) of Middlesboro, Mark Partin (Georgie) of Georgia, Hank of Frakes, Keith Partin of Frakes, Patricia of Frakes, Jennifer Partin of Frakes and Amy Partin of Pineville, Kentucky; his grandmother Thelma Davis; the mother of his children Kayla Sparks of LaFollette; and his close friends, Charles, Brenda Gibson, Sherry and Daryl Browning. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and host of other relatives and friends.
