She was predeceased by: her parents, L. V. Mowell and Emma Vann Mowell of Lafollette; her brother Michael Mowell of California; and her husband Wendell Murray of LaFollette. She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Leah Murray of Caryville; her granddaughter Everly Grace Murray; and her godson Dawson Williams of Jacksboro.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic the family ask that everyone that attends the services for Deborah to please wear a mask for the safety of the family and others.
