He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Pinion and Vonniece Pinion; his siblings, Joe Pinion, Jr. (Sonny), David Pinion, Joyce Underwood O'Bryant and Sybil Marie Carr; his siblings' children, Tracy Brooks, Samantha Davis, Steven Carr and Shane Davis; his great-nieces, Britany Underwood and Mira Hardin; and his siblings-in-law, Cordell Davis, Lynette Pinion and Connie Jo Pinion.
He is survived by: his siblings, Vic Pinion of Corpus Christi, Eric Pinion (Barb) of Maple Park, Dan Pinion (Sarah) of Maqueketa, Terry Shannon Pinion, Sr. (Linda) of Crossville and Patricia Vonniece Davis of LaFollette. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
