He was predeceased by: his parents, Benny LeMarr and Bertha LeMarr. He is survived by: his wife Rosa LeMarr of LaFollette; his children, David LeMarr (Beth) of Jacksboro, Franklin LeMarr, Jr of Jacksboro, Jonathan Carter (Jessica) of Sevierville and Shantina Poutre of Clinton; and his siblings, Bobby LeMarr (Charlene) of LaFollette, Judy LeMarr Lee, JoAnn Williamson of LaFollette and Loraine Ross (Leonard) of Wartburg. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
