He is survived by: his children, Billy Joe Horne (Amanda), Christina Brooks, Meri McKinney (Charles Ayers) and Heaven Hill (David Trejo); his grandchildren, Alexis McKinney, Tia Hill (Justin Paul), Allie McKinney and Otis Hill (Amia Lawson); and his great grandchildren, Skyleigh Collett, Nevaeh Paul and Kayson McKinney.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766).
