It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D. Sammons of Lafollette, Tennessee, who passed away on September 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Howard and Opal Louise Draughn Sammons; his brother Paul Brian Sammons; and his grandparents, Harvey, Arletta Draughn and Ruby Hutson.
He is survived by: his wife Penny Price Sammons; his children, Adriana Weaver (Thomas) and Trevor Daniel Sammons; his grandchildren, Everly Leada Ann Weaver and Kezmae Hazael Marie Weaver; and his sisters, Joanne LaMonte (Ron) and Carol Jean McNeeley. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
