She was predeceased by: her parents, Wylie Day and Myrtle Day (Bruce); her sons, Neal Chapman and Dale "Booby" Chapman; and her sister Carolyn Walden.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Chapman of LaFollette; her sons, Curtis Todd Hembree of LaFollette and Jeff Hembree (Kathy) of LaFollette; and her siblings, Eddie Day of LaFollette and Geraldine Polson of LaFollette. She is also survived by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, a host of other relatives & friends.
