He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Miller and Effie Jane Heatherly Miller. He is survived by: his sister Patsy Miller; his niece Starla Collins; his great-nephew Josh Collins; his great-niece Hannah Collins; his aunt Josie Comer; and his uncle Bobby Heatherly (Janice). He is also survived by Several Cousins, other relatives and friends.
