She was predeceased by: her daughter Lynn Goins (Bobby Chitwood); her parents, Lee V. Smith and Eliza Ivey Smith; and her brothers, Ralph Smith and Harvey Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, George Michael Moses (Brenda) and Roger Lee Moses (Carolyn); her grandchildren, James Moses, Matthew Moses, Angela Archer, Bobbie Lowe and Christopher Moses; her sisters-in-law, Lucille Smith and JoAnn Smith; and her cousin Betty Jean Ivey. She is also survived by Several Great-Grandchildren.
