He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Campbell; his parents, Horace Campbell and Ethyr Inman Campbell; and his brothers, John, Lawrence, Frank, Harley, Carl and Harold Campbell.
He is survived by: his sister Sue (Fred Seiber); and his sisters-in-law, Mary, Jewell and Gail Campbell. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
