He is survived by: his wife Mary Smith Rutherford; his children, Gary Rutherford and Karen Lowe (Bobby); his sisters, Iretha Asbury and Eva Claiborne; and his close friends, Caregivers, April Lowe, Renee Herman and Hospice Employees. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren; 10 Great-Grandchildren.
