She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Babb and Gertrude Babb; her siblings, Leon, Orville, James, J. R. Babb and Novella Massengill; her son-in-law Chuck Gabbard; and her grandson Christopher Colburn.
She is survived by: her husband Gernie Chadwell; and her daughters, Patricia Gabbard of North Carolina, Karen Collette (Billy) of North Carolina, Donna Bean (Greg) of LaFollette, Kathy Colburn (Ronnie) of Jacksboro and Crystal Wilson (Jarrett) of LaFollette. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, and a host of other relatives and friends.
