He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Chadwell; his children, Sherry Dickerson, Pamela White, Linda Wade (Willie), Brenda Hatfield, Deborah Durham (Alan), Carol Honeycutt (Phil), Hester Muse (Darrell), Robert Lay (Rhonda) and Paul Andrew Lay; and his siblings, Jewell Leach (James) and Ronnie Chadwell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
