He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Penny (Williams); his children, Lawnie Penny, Jr. (Amanda Rivera), Christopher Wiley (Sarah Thompson), Curtis Hoskins (Amber), Jennifer Hoskins (Tommy Lamberson) and Casey Ridenour (Dinah); his siblings, Woodrow Penny, Jr. (Ann), Paul Penny (Rebecca Wallace) and Lucinda McKenzie (Dewey); his mother-in-law Mary Williams; and his grandchildren, Brooke Penny, Katelyn Howard, Ella, Harper Hoskins, Blakely, Ridley Lane, Jazmyn, Jaiden Wiley, Khloe Harmon, Dakota Howard, Blake Penny, Alex Wiley, Barrett Hoskins and Bowen Ridenour.
