He was predeceased by: his parents, Mac Haynes Crumley Sr. and Thelma Sharp Crumley (Mac Sr.); and his sisters, Alice Ray Crumley, Sue Byrd and Nancy Gail Peters.
He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sons, Mac Ray Crumley (Bendi) and Richard Crumley (San San) of Jacksboro, TN; his grandchildren, Mackensi Crumley, Sophie Crumley, Abby Crumley, Mac Roy Crumley of Jacksboro, TN, Sam Arnold and Andy Arnold of Knoxville, TN; his sister June Ann Perkins (Mike) of Corbin, KY; and his close friends, Daisy and Saidy. He is also survived by four nieces.
