He is survived by: his parents, Ruth Sebby and John Sebby; his sons, Cody Wayne Sebby and Thomas Scott Sebby (Faith Beehn); his stepdaughter Heather Neace; his close friend Penny Campbell; and his brother-in-law Keith Goins.
