She was predeceased by: her parents, Hobert Ford (Cotton) and Geneva Ford; and her brothers, Marvin and Leonard Ford. She is survived by: her husband Silas Tipton; her children, Lisa Carroll (David), Silas Tipton (Ginger), Mark Tipton, Emmanuel Tipton (Evon) and Steve Tipton (Jessica); her grandchildren, Misty, Christina, John, Randi, Alexis and Shelby; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Emily, Sophi, Alli, Hunter, Riley, Marissa and Maci.
