She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Orick; her parents, Joseph Siler and Pearl Siler; her sons-in-law, Steve Morris and Carl Rutherford; and her siblings, Arlie, Frank, Jack, Leland Siler and Ellen Marcum.
She is survived by: her children, Denny Orick, Linda Rutherford and Donna Morris; her grandchildren, David Rutherford (Heather) and Emily Whited (Joe); her great grandchildren, Ashley, Madison, Karlie Whited, Peyton Brandenburg and Zoriana Rutherford; and her siblings, Joe Siler, Roy Siler (Rusty) and Mary Hummel.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to: Campbell County Cancer Association, P. O. Box 122, Jacksboro, TN 37757.
