Phyllis Clingner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Clingner (Lafollette, Tennessee), who passed away on August 15, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. and Emma Louise Ralenkotter Miles; and her nephew Ronald Anthony Nour. She is survived by: her husband Robert N. Clingner (Bob); her sons, Robert M. Clingner, Connie, Brian N. Clingner, Wife and Amy; her grandchildren, Logan, Lily, Owen, Makayla, Jaxson Clingner, Twin-Sister and Patricia Ann Miles; her siblings, Barbara Lee Hubmeier, Bruce, James T. Miles, Wife, Rita, Mary Christine Eaton, Husband and Dennis; and her sisters-in-law, Janet Hamilton, JoAnn Carpenter and Several. She is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, other relatives and friends.
