She was predeceased by: her husband Bill McNeil; her parents, Homer Sr. Norman and Mildred Bowman Norman; her brothers, Homer Jr. (Charles), David and Angel; her daughter Kelly Jo Amanda; her son-in-law Matthew Hatmaker; her close friend Clara Mae Hatmaker; her parents-in-law, Elmer George McNeil and Laura McNeil Wallace; her stepfather-in-law Tilden Wallace; her niece Mary "Libby" Norman Middleton; and her nephew Bobby Norman.
She is survived by: her daughter Cindy McNeil Hatmaker; her siblings, Jess Norman (Buster) of LaFollette, Brenda Johnson of Winder, GA, Jeannie and Mutt of LaFollette; her sister-in-law Carolyn (Brantley); and her brother Gene Hatmaker.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Chapel Cross-Smith Funeral Home (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766). A burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery West Central (102 N 5th St #3, LaFollette, TN 37766).
