He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Gross and Lula Gross; his siblings, Clifford Gross, Jr., Linda Steakley and Glenda Mae York; and his aunt Toby Heatherly.

He is survived by: his son Tyler Gross; his brother Paul Gross; and the mother of his child Kimberly McKamey.
