He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Miller and Ruby Heatherly; and his siblings, Jerry Miller, Billy Miller and Betty Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Tidwell (Nelly) of Virginia, John Tidwell of LaFollette, Michael Burton of LaFollette, Melissa Miller of LaFollette, Robin Burton of LaFollette and Sharon Burton of LaFollette; his sisters, Brenda Williams of Elkmont, AL, Karen Henley (Gary) of Red Bark, TN and Linda Wallace of LaFollette; and his grandchildren, Aleshia Miller, Tyler Dykes, AJ Dixon, Jessica Chadwick, Jarred Tidwell, Alexis Tidwell, Cody Tidwell, Nikki Tidwell, Amanda Skidmore, Kattie Mowery, David Burton, Benjamin Burton, Havana Chadwick, Haley Chadwick, Hannah Chadwick, Austin, Jacob, Ethan, Kentley Tidwell, Emersyln Mowery, Maddie and Mollie Skidmore. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
