With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby York (Lafollette, Tennessee), who passed away on July 9, 2019 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Murphy York; her son Leroy York; her parents, John Ledford and Edith Ledford; her daughter Sue Ann Wallace; and her siblings, Raymond, Alvin, Johnny, Ernest Ledford, Marie Hinkle, Flossie Jones and Annie Ledford.
She is survived by: her children, Willis of LaFollette, Bobby of LaFollette, Kermit of LaFollette, Larry of LaFollette, Billy York of LaFollette, Patsy York of Jacksboro, Joy Siler of LaFollette, Kathy Zendall Ward of Caryville and Martha Ward of LaFollette; and her siblings, Danny Ledford of White Oak and Wionna Ledford of Pontiac, Michigan. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
