Rutherford (Sarah) of LaFollette and Carrie Brock (Toby) of Jacksboro; his siblings, Jimmy Rutherford (Edna) of Caryville, Jerry Rutherford of Jacksboro and Nancy Rutherford of LaFollette; his nieces, Sierra and Nicki; and his grandson Tyler. He is also survived by 6 other grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
